Scope of Work by Tier
Silver (Essential Mow & Trim)
- Mow lawn areas.
- Edge along sidewalks, driveways, and flower beds.
- Blow down all hard surfaces.
- Place landscape debris into the on-site Green Waste Bin.
Gold (Complete Turf & Bed Care)
- Includes all Silver Package tasks, plus:
- Remove fallen debris (leaves and twigs).
- Weed landscape beds.
- Clean out flower beds.
- Seasonal turf/plant fertilization (applied every 6–8 weeks).
Diamond (Deep Prune & Irrigation)
- Includes all Gold Package tasks, plus:
- Prune ornamental plants and shrubs.
- Inspect and adjust irrigation heads and run times.
- Detailed hedge and shrub shaping maintenance.
Platinum (Estate Grounds Maintenance)
- Includes all Diamond Package tasks, plus:
- Low-canopy tree trimming (up to 15 ft).
- Bi-annual mulch and planter bed refresh labor.
- Hardscape power washing rinsedown across walkways and patios.
